Visibility depends on which Career Hub section the answer is in and whether the employee has shared it with their manager.
Key Rules
Role Clarity tab
- Responsibilities, projects, and tasks are visible to the employee and their manager in real time.
- Energizing level ratings are visible only to the employee until they share them.
- After sharing, energizing levels become visible to the employee and their manager.
Strengths tab
- All answers are immediately visible to the employee and their manager as they are typed.
Career Vision tab
- All answers remain private to the employee until they share them.
- After sharing, the manager can view the answers.
- If the employee edits answers post-share, the manager receives an update notification.
Growth Plan tab
- Visible to the employee and their manager.
- Account admins cannot view the Growth Plan page directly.
- Account admins can run a company-wide goals report that includes Growth Plan goal data.
Account admins
- Cannot view individual Career Hub answers in Role Clarity, Strengths, or Career Vision sections.
- Cannot view Growth Plan pages.
Common Misunderstanding
Account admins do not have full visibility into employees' Career Hub answers. Their access is limited to running aggregate goals reports — they cannot read individual section responses.
To check current visibility at any time, refer to the Psych Safety Approved box in the top-right corner of the Career Hub screen. It shows exactly who can see your answers for that section.
