Fill out your Career Hub (Employee)

Career Hub has four tabs you complete to build your career profile: Role Clarity, Strengths, Career Vision, and Growth Plan. Complete all four tabs to give your manager the context needed for a productive career growth conversation.

Before You Begin

  • Your manager or admin must have added your job title, responsibilities, and any applicable career paths before you can complete the Role Clarity tab fully.
  • Career Hub is available on the Perform and Total Platform pricing packages only.

Steps

Role Clarity tab

  1. Navigate to Career Hub in the left sidebar.
  2. Select the Role Clarity tab.
  3. Review the job responsibilities your manager or admin has added.
  4. Add any individual responsibilities, projects, or tasks not already listed.
  5. Rate each responsibility by how energizing you find it.
  6. Select Share with manager when you are ready to share your energizing ratings.

Strengths tab

  1. Select the Strengths tab.
  2. Enter your top strengths, values, interests, and passions in the provided fields.

Career Vision tab

  1. Select the Career Vision tab.
  2. Review available career paths and their required competencies.
  3. Reflect on your top strengths, passions, and energizing work from the previous tabs.
  4. Write your career vision in the provided field.
  5. Select Share with manager when you are ready to share your career vision.

Growth Plan tab

  1. Select the Growth Plan tab.
  2. Create at least one career growth goal.
  3. Break each goal into trackable actions using the Add action button.

Who Can See Your Answers

Use the Psych Safety Approved box in the top-right corner of any tab to confirm visibility before you share.

Role Clarity Energizing ratings visible to you only. Responsibilities visible to you and your manager. Energizing ratings visible to you and your manager.
Strengths Immediately visible to you and your manager. No change.
Career Vision Visible to you only. Visible to you and your manager. Your manager is notified if you edit after sharing.
Growth Plan Visible to you and your manager at all times. No change. Account admins cannot view this tab directly but can run a goals report.

If Something Goes Wrong
