Company Context is organization-wide information that shapes every Agent output across your account. HR Admins and Company Admins add Company Context to give Agents a foundation in what your organization is actually working toward — management philosophy, business goals, company values, strategy, and operating standards.
Changes to Company Context flow immediately into all Agent outputs. Keep it current as priorities evolve.
Before you begin
- You must be an HR Admin or Company Admin.
- Required access to Agents Hub
- This feature is available in the Perform and Total Platform pricing packages.
Note: To ensure the highest level of security, 15Five is continually investing in our overall information security program, resources, and expertise. To review 15Five's security documents, and how we handle your company data, see our Trust Website.
Add Company Context
- Select Agents in the left navigation.
- Click Agents Hub.
- Select the Context tab.
- In the Company Context section, add or edit your organization's context.
- Save your changes.
What to include
Company Context works best when it reflects how your organization actually operates, not aspirational statements. Include:
- Management philosophy — how your organization thinks about performance, development, and feedback
- Business goals — what the company is working toward this quarter or year
- Company values — the values that should show up in how Agents recognize and coach
- Strategy — current strategic priorities that should shape what Agents surface as important
- Operating standards — expectations around communication, collaboration, or work practices
The more specific the context, the more relevant Agent outputs become. "We value transparency" is less useful than "We expect managers to share review feedback in a live conversation before the employee sees written results."
Who can see Company Context
Only HR Admins and Company Admins can view and edit Company Context. IT Admins, managers, and employees do not see Company Context in the platform. However, Company Context shapes all Agent outputs — so its influence is visible in the insights, briefs, and drafts that Agents produce.
