Navigate the Agents Hub (Admin)

The Agents Hub is the admin control center for setting up and managing 15Five Agents. It has three tabs: Overview, Integrations, and Context. HR Admins and Company Admins see all three tabs and land on Overview. IT Admins see the Agents Hub but land directly on the Integrations tab.

Before you begin

  • Required access to Agents Hub
  • This article is relevant to Account admins.
  • This feature is available in the Perform and Total Platform pricing packages.

Note: To ensure the highest level of security, 15Five is continually investing in our overall information security program, resources, and expertise. To review 15Five's security documents, and how we handle your company data, see our Trust Website.

Accessing the Agents Hub

  1. Select Agents in the left navigation.
  2. Click Agents Hub.

The Agents section is always present in the left navigation for HR Admins, Company Admins, and IT Admins — regardless of whether any Agents are enabled.

Overview tab

The Overview tab shows a setup checklist tracking progress toward activating Agents. The checklist has four steps:

  1. Connect integrations — link work system integrations to give Agents visibility into how work happens.
  2. Set up Focus Brief — configure who receives a brief, the cadence, and the schedule.
  3. Set up AI Assisted Reviews — enable the agent and choose a support level.
  4. Add your context — add Company Context and encourage employees to add My Context.

Each checklist item is the entry point into the relevant configuration. Click a step to set up or manage that area.

Below the checklist, each Agent displays its current status and a link to configure or manage it.

Visible to: HR Admins and Company Admins only.

Integrations tab

The Integrations tab is where admins connect work system integrations that give Agents visibility into how work actually happens. Integration data stays private — Agents only surface insights to people who already have access to that information.

Connect

Click + Connect on any available integration to start the OAuth or API key flow. Once connected, the integration appears in the Connected section and begins syncing. Admins can manage, pause, or remove any connected integration via the Manage button.

Assign

The Assign option below the Connect button on each integration lets admins push an integration to specific users or teams without requiring them to connect it themselves. This is the path for IT Admins setting up integrations on behalf of HR or Company Admins.

IT Admins land on this tab by default. They see any pending integrations assigned to them and can connect or decline integration connections.

Details

Each integration has a Details button that opens a side drawer showing the integration's data, permissions, scope, and setup steps. This is everything a security or IT team would need to review and approve before anyone connects.

Visible to: HR Admins, Company Admins, and IT Admins.

Context tab

The Context tab is where admins and employees add context that makes Agents specific to your organization. It has two sub-sections with different visibility:

Company Context

Visible to: HR Admins and Company Admins only.

Company-wide context that shapes every Agent output across the organization. Add your management philosophy, business goals, company values, strategy, operating standards, and anything else that should inform how Agents reason about your people and work.

Changes here flow immediately into all Agent outputs. Keep Company Context current as organizational priorities evolve — it is not a one-time setup.

My Context

Visible to: All personas (when in the configured audience).

Individual-level context that any employee can contribute. Employees and managers tell Agents what matters to them right now — current priorities, how they prefer to work, what they are focused on.

My Context flows into outputs scoped to the individual (like their Focus Brief). Employees can add context:

  • Through the Add Context modal at the end of each Focus Brief delivery (in Slack or Teams)
  • By visiting My Context in the Agents section of the left navigation
  • In the platform, employees can resolve, delete, or edit context they have previously provided.
