Meeting Assistant does not appear for a user

This article resolves the symptom where a person cannot find Meeting Assistant in 15Five.

Diagnose

Work through the checks in order.

  • Check: The company plan does not include Meeting Assistant → Confirm the company is on Total Platform or Perform & Goals. Meeting Assistant is part of the Agents Hub on those plans. → If not, go to Fix 1. → If yes, continue.
  • Check: The agent is turned off → An HR admin or company admin opens the Agents Hub and checks the on/off switch on the Meeting Assistant card. The Meeting Assistant page appears in the left navigation only when the agent is on. → If off, go to Fix 2. → If on, continue.
  • Check: Setup is not finished → Confirm setup did not stop at "Almost there, waiting on approval." → If pending, go to Fix 3. → If finished, continue.
  • Check: The person is outside the covered audience → An admin goes to Manage > Settings > Audience. Coverage options are HR admins, managers, or specific people. → If the person is not included, go to Fix 4. → If included, go to If It Still Fails.

Fix

Fix 1: The plan does not include Meeting Assistant

  1. Contact your 15Five account team about your plan.

Fix 2: The agent is turned off

  1. Open the Agents Hub as an HR admin or company admin.
  2. Turn on the switch on the Meeting Assistant card.

Fix 3: Setup is not finished

  1. Ask your calendar workspace admin to approve the calendar request.

Fix 4: The person is outside the audience

  1. Open Manage > Settings > Audience.
  2. Add the person, or select a wider audience.
  3. Save your changes.

Only specific people lists only managers and HR admins who have accepted their 15Five invitation. If the person is missing from the list, ask them to accept their invitation first.

What Resolution Looks Like

The Meeting Assistant page appears in the person's left navigation.
