Update groups between engagement campaigns 🧑‍💻

To begin the process, review the reporting for your last engagement campaign. As you review the groups that were included, note changes or improvements you would like to make in the following areas:

  1. Review and restructure groups: If you have groups that couldn't be reported on in the last survey, evaluate if any of these groups should be restructured. If group membership didn't meet confidentiality standards, consider combining groups to include more employees and increase the likelihood that results can be presented. Were there groups that were hard to take action on? This is an opportunity to adjust the groupings that will be included in reporting before the next survey begins. Learn how to manage groups.
  2. Change group names: Your organization may have had some changes since the last survey. As you prepare for the next survey, this is an opportunity to change group names on the "Manage groups" page in 15Five.
  3. Add new groups and group types: This is also a good opportunity to add new groups or group types, which help you segment your employee population and identify areas for focus and action.
  4. Delete or remove inactive groups from reporting: If a group or group type is no longer applicable to your organization, you can delete it so it no longer appears in engagement reporting. Alternatively, you can turn off results for specific groups if you don't want to delete them but also don't want their results to appear in reporting.
