View question templates from employee perspectives

👥 Only review admins can create, edit, and manage question templates.

Once you finish creating or editing a question template to use in a review cycle, you can preview what the questions will look like from the perspective of different review participants and different review types. This ability allows you to see which questions will appear to which review writers before launching your review cycle.

  4. At the top of the question template, you'll see a static bar that says, "Select the review type and view as to see the questions review writers will see when filling out their reviews."
    • Use the 'Review Type' filter to select which review type you want to preview. This option is only available in self/manager question templates, as those are the only review types that share a question template. Once you select either 'Manager Review' or 'Self Review,' you will only see questions that managers or participants will see, respectively.

    • Use the 'View as' filter to select the name of a participant. Upon selecting a participant's name, you will only see questions that that individual will be asked in the review cycle.
