Ability to bring over preferred name using the HRIS Connector
Customers integrated with their HRIS using the HRIS connector can now automatically pull employees' preferred names to 15Five.

15Five will now pull in a preferred name for all customers integrated via the HRIS connector if that field is populated in their HRIS. Previous to this release, it was only possible to bring over the First Name attribute from HRIS > 15Five which meant that employees' preferred names would have to be manually edited in 15Five after connecting the integration.

Track attendance for coaching sessions and briefings
Admins can now record which participants attended or didn't attend an assigned group coaching session.

Group coaching sessions are beneficial to helping leaders develop and focus on outcomes, but sometimes people are unable to attend assigned group sessions. With this release, facilitators can record who attended a group coaching session in 15Five.
They can also choose to send follow-up notes to either all participants or only those who attended.
Access to Microlearning for Transform customers
Transform customers who are also Total Platform subscribers now have access to Microlearning.

Last month we released Microlearning to our Total Platform subscribers but initially excluded Transform customers from having access so that we could be thoughtful about the unique needs they have when accessing Microlearning courses and design for that experience.
With this release, Transform customers who are also on the Total Platform plan now have access to Microlearning, which is accessible to all managers (regardless of whether or not they have been granted access to Transform). Admins can view Microlearning analytics and usage data for all managers who have been granted access to Transform.

We updated our HRIS Connector header to bring more clarity to customers. We added detailed statuses to reflect:
- When auto sync was last enabled (if it was enabled),
- When the sync failed, and
- When auto sync was disabled.
We also added an easy-to-access option to reconnect your HRIS directly from this page.

Multi-year learning journeys
Admins now have the option to assign Transform training participants to multi-year learning journeys.

When creating or editing a learning journey, admins can specify if the learning journey is multi-year (recommended) or one year. Multi-year learning journeys will automatically generate the next set of sessions at renewal and participants will remain in the journey allowing them to continue learning together. This makes it easy for admins to plan their learning strategy as a multi-year journey that supports their organization's HR outcomes.

Group type mapping preview for the HRIS connector
Admins can now select which group type in 15Five they want to match with a group type in their HRIS.

Admins now have the ability to map a 15five group type with a name (e.g. "departments") to an HRIS group with a different name (e.g. "business units"). This addition to the HRIS connector setup process addresses a common issue in which customers inadvertently create duplicate group types with different names during the process of integrating with their HRIS.

Flexible confidentiality options for engagement survey results
We added flexibility around the minimum number of survey respondents required to view engagement results for a group.

In the past, if a group contained fewer than 5 individuals or if fewer than 5 members of a group submitted surveys during an engagement campaign, it wasn't possible to view engagement results for that group. With this release we've given admins the flexibility to lower the respondent threshold to 3 or 4 respondents in Engagement feature settings (Settings > Organization Settings > Results Access).
