Grant an individual access to Transform

1. Click on the settings gear in the top, right-hand corner of your 15Five account.
   
2. Select 'People' from the dropdown menu.
3. You're now on the 'Manage people' page. From here, find the person you want to grant access to and click their name to open their account settings.
   
4. Scroll down to the "Transform Access" section of the individual's settings page, then check the box next to "Transform."
   
5. Click Save at the bottom of the page. Your organization's available seat count will immediately update to reflect the new availability.
   

View a list of individuals with Transform access

1. Click on the settings gear in the top, right-hand corner of your 15Five account.
   
2. Select 'People' from the dropdown menu.
3. Click the Filter by button at the top of the employee list.
   
4. You'll see a filtering option for "Transform Access." Check the box next to Transform, then click Apply Filters.
   
5. All individuals who have been granted access to Transform will appear on the page.
