This article walks through how to disable manager effectiveness reporting in the HR Outcomes Dashboard. Disabling the dashboard will prevent data from appearing in the Manager Effectiveness outcome card on the HR Outcomes Dashboard and prevent your team from accessing and viewing manager effectiveness reporting.

Disable Manager Effectiveness Reporting
- Click on the settings gear in the top, right-hand corner of 15Five.
- Select 'Features' from the dropdown menu.
- Click into the 'Feature overview' section.
- Scroll down to the 'Manager Effectiveness' section and toggle the switch to "off".
- Manager Effectiveness data will no longer populate in the HR Outcomes Dashboard.
