Admins can disable Manager Effectiveness reporting to remove the Manager Effectiveness tab from the HR Outcomes Dashboard and stop data from populating for all users.
Before You Begin
- You must be an Account Admin with access to Feature settings.
- Manager Effectiveness reporting is available on the Perform and Total Platform pricing packages only.
Steps
- Click the Settings gear icon in the bottom-left corner of your 15Five account.
- Select Features from the dropdown menu.
- Go to Features > Feature Overview.
- Scroll to the Manager Effectiveness section.
- Toggle the switch to Off.
What Success Looks Like
The toggle reads Off and the Manager Effectiveness tab no longer appears in the HR Outcomes Dashboard for any user in your account.
If Something Goes Wrong
