Configure 15Five AI feature settings

This article walks through steps and recommendations for configuring your organization's 15Five AI feature settings. 15Five AI is a built-in artificial intelligence tool that enhances functionality and assists managers as they use 15Five.

Configure 15Five AI feature settings

1. Click on the Settings gear in the top, right-hand corner of your 15Five account.
   
2. Select 'Features' from the drop-down menu.
   
3. Click to open 15Five AI settings.
   
4. You're now on the 15Five AI feature settings page. Here you can manage the following settings:
   
   15Five AI in Manager Copilot
   Only available to Total Platform + Transform customers

   This setting controls whether or not managers can use the Manager Copilot tool on their homepage to generate a summary of how their team is doing. Learn more about Manager Copilot.

   

   AI Assisted Reviews for Managers

   This setting controls whether or not managers in a Best-Self Review® cycle have access to 15Five AI tools when completing manager reviews of their teams. Learn more about 15Five AI Assisted Reviews.

   

   When this setting is enabled, managers have access to the following tools:

   • Summarize Data: 15Five AI thoroughly examines available data, including peer and self-reviews, High-Fives, 1-on-1 notes, Objectives, and Check-ins. It then generates a comprehensive summary for each participant.
     
   • Draft an Answer: Using relevant data, 15Five AI creates a well-rounded first draft for specific questions, incorporating information from High-Fives, 1-on-1 notes, Objectives, and Check-ins, as well as any input the manager provides.
     
   • Improve Writing: 15Five AI assists in refining and rewording the drafted content, providing managers with a seamless and efficient way to enhance their performance reviews.

   Enable/Disable 15Five AI

   This setting controls whether or not 15Five AI tools will be available to your users. When disabled, no AI tools will be available to your team in 15Five.
