Configure 15Five AI feature settings

This article walks through how to configure your organization’s 15Five AI feature settings. 15Five AI is a built-in intelligence tool that helps managers save time, write better goals, and hold more meaningful 1-on-1s.

How to Configure 15Five AI Feature Settings

Click on the Settings gear in the top, right-hand corner of your 15Five account.
Select "Features" from the drop-down menu.
Open the "15Five AI" settings section.
From here, you can manage the following settings:

15Five AI for Managers (Enable/Disable)

This setting controls whether managers can use AI-powered tools to enhance their workflow — from setting effective OKRs to giving impactful feedback and recognition.

When enabled, managers can access the following:
- 🕺 Keep a pulse on your team: Generate a real-time summary of key team metrics and receive recommended actions. Learn more →
- 📈 Create effective objectives (OKRs): Get assistance with drafting goals and learn about effective goal-setting frameworks. Learn more →
- 🖐 Write impactful high fives: Draft effective high fives and get advice on giving powerful recognition. Learn more →
- 🗯️ Provide feedback when reviewing Check-ins: Get assistance with reviewing Check-ins and providing impactful feedback. Learn more →
- 👩‍💻 Hold meaningful 1-on-1 meetings: View recommended talking points and learn more about how to make the most of 1-on-1s. Learn more →
AI-Assisted Reviews for Managers (Enable/Disable)

This setting allows managers in a Best-Self Review® cycle to use 15Five AI tools while completing manager reviews. Learn more about AI assisted reviews →

When enabled, managers can:
- Summarize data: 15Five AI reviews available data—like peer and self-reviews, High Fives, 1-on-1 notes, Objectives, and Check-ins—and generates a summary for each participant.
- Draft an answer: AI creates a first draft for specific questions, combining relevant data and any input provided by the manager.
- Improve writing: Refine and reword review content for clarity, tone, and effectiveness.
Enable or Disable 15Five AI

This master setting controls whether 15Five AI tools are available to your organization.
When disabled, no AI tools will be available for any users.
