Apply all desired filters to select the exact cohort you want to the Action Plan to impact. You can also use the search bar to find the individual(s) you want to target. Available filters are:

    • Groups: Target a specific group(s). Groups in this list are organized by Group Type.
    • People: Target specific individuals. All employees in your organization's 15Five instance will appear in this list.
    • Demographic Attributes: Target individuals who specific demographic attributes are applied to. Demographic attributes include Tenure, Age, Salary, Gender, Race, and Ethnicity. Learn how to enable and populate demographic attributes.
    • Outcome Segments: Target individuals who fall within a specific performance level (top, mid, bottom, or unmeasured). Please note that it's not possible to target individuals who fall within specific engagement levels to protect confidentiality.
    💡

    Tip

Let's say you want to create an Action Plan with a goal to drive the performance of people in Jane's hierarchy. You select Jane's hierarchy as the target group, but don't want to include the top performers on Jane's team since the Action Plan won't be relevant to them.. In this case, you can use the "Outcome Segments" filter to select all performance levels except top performers.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) ❓

Why aren't I seeing a Target Group I filtered the Outcomes Dashboard by in the "Draft Action Plan" form?

This may be because you applied an Engagement Level filter. To protect confidentiality, an action plan can't target people of a specific engagement level.

Who can create action plans?
