Feedback options
- When requesting feedback, employees can either keep the feedback private to themselves and the person they're requesting feedback from OR select the option to share feedback with their manager. They can also have the option to share feedback with their manager after they receive it.
- When providing feedback, individuals can share it with either 1) the recipient and their manager, or 2) the recipient's manager.
View your direct report's feedback
- Click on Feedback from 15Five's main, left-hand navigation.
- Apply filters.
- Use the "People" filter to select "My direct reports." Alternatively, you can select the name of the specific employee you want to view feedback for.
- Use the "Feedback type" filter to select "Received."
- All feedback matching your selected filters will appear in the Feedback feed.
