How to Reactivate a Person's Account 🧑‍💻

Use the steps below to reactivate a previously deactivated account, with or without sending a new invite email.

  1. Click People in 15Five's main, left-hand navigation.

  4. The next step differs based on whether or not you want to send the person an invite email as you reactivate them.

    Send an invite email

Use this option if you want to reactivate someone’s account and send them an invitation to log into 15Five. It’s a great choice when someone is returning to the platform and needs a fresh invite.

    1. Click on the Actions box and select "Resend invitation" from the dropdown menu.

    2. Acknowledge the details around the reactivation in the pop-up window that appears, then click Yes, resend invitation.

    3. The person's account will move to the "Invited" tab, where it will remain until they accept their invitation to 15Five. Once they accept their invite, their account will be active.
    Don't send an invite email

Use this option if you want to reactivate an account without sending an invitation email. This is helpful when a person doesn’t need to log in right away—like when they’ll be accessing 15Five later or using single sign-on (SSO).

    1. Click Re-activate [Name]'s account at the top of the page.

    2. The person's account will be immediately reactivated and moved to the "Active" tab of the Manage people page.
