Reactivating a previously deactivated 15Five account is a straightforward process that restores the employee's data and grants them access to log in. You have two options for reactivating a person's account: 1) sending an invitation email, which transitions their account from deactivated to inactive and requires them to accept the invite to become active, or 2) manually reactivating the account, which instantly moves them to an active seat without sending an invite email. Both processes are covered in this article.

Access and availability
⛔️ Required access to the "Manage people" page.
👥 This article is relevant to Account admins and Managers. Account admins can reactivate anyone's account. Managers can reactivate the accounts of people in their hierarchy.
📦 This feature is available in the Perform and Total Platform pricing packages.
Note
If your company uses SCIM or an Identify Provider to manage employee 15Five membership, you should reactivate employee accounts via SCIM or in your IdP, rather than from within 15Five, to ensure that changes aren't reverted upon your next sync.
