Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) ❓

Is it possible to restore a deleted objective?

Not natively in 15Five. If you need to restore a deleted objective, please reach out to our Support Team.

Besides deleting an objective, what other options exist for removing an objective from my view?

You also have the option to archive or close an objective. Both of these options retain the objective in 15Five, but prevent updates from being made and remove it from owner Check-ins.

  • Archiving an objective holds the last known status, including the overall completion percentage and key result progress, and prevents any updates from being made. The objective will still appear on the owner's Check-in for one cycle before being removed. This process is typically used when an objective is no longer relevant but you want to keep a paper trail of it in 15Five, or when an objective is getting put on a temporary hiatus.
  • Closing an objective does the same thing as archiving it, but also allows you to rate and reflect on its performance. This process is typically used when you're done working on an objective and want to assess it.
