You can reactivate a deactivated question at any time by clicking '...' to the right of the question and selecting 'Activate question' from the dropdown menu.
    • Selecting Delete question will remove the question from current Check-ins (if applicable) and remove it totally from the question queue. This action can't be undone.

      Note

If you delete an active question, the next question in the queue will take its place on current Check-ins that haven't yet been submitted. If a person submitted their Check-in prior to the question being deleted, the deleted question and their answer will continue to appear on their submitted Check-in. If you want them to answer the new question, they should reopen their Check-in for editing— when the Check-in is reopened, the new question queue question will appear along with the deleted question.

    Reorder a question

To change where in the queue a question will appear, hover over the question and drag it to the desired spot using the six dots to its left.

If you'd like to change which question is currently being asked in Check-ins, move the desired question to the top of the "Next up" section of the queue and either delete or deactivate the question that's currently being asked. The question from the top of the "Next up" section will move to the "Currently being asked" section.
