As review milestones—like peer nominations, self reviews, and manager submissions—approach or pass, it’s important to check who still has outstanding tasks. This allows Review Admins, Managers, and Cycle Collaborators to take timely action to support completion and maintain momentum.

Note
Review admins and cycle collaborators can see progress for everyone in the company. Managers can see progress for their direct reports who are review cycle participants.
Monitor Progress in a Review Cycle 👀
Use the steps below to see how your team is progressing with completing review milestones, either from the review cycle's "Overview" page or by downloading a progress report.

Once you complete this process, check out this article to learn how to send email notifications asking individuals to complete outstanding milestones.
- Click "Performance" in 15Five's main, left-hand navigation, then select Best-Self Review® from the dropdown.
- Open the active review cycle.
- You'll be taken to the review cycle's Overview page. Here, you'll find two main sections that help you measure progress: the Progress Tracker and the Cycle Participants List.
- The Progress Tracker shows how your organization is progressing overall with key review milestones.
- The Cycle Participants List provides a detailed view of individual review completion status.
- The Progress Tracker shows how your organization is progressing overall with key review milestones.

Use filters above the Progress Tracker to filter both the Progress Tracker and Cycle Participants list by Role (participants/review writers), Audience (me, my team, or everyone), or Cohort (everyone, group, manager team, or hierarchy).
At the top of the Cycle Participants List, you'll also see a Review Status filter that lets you quickly identify individuals based on their review progress (No/Some/All reviews submitted, Results shared, Results shared & finalized).

Where to look: Cycle Participants List
This view shows which individuals still need feedback submitted about them—such as self, peer, or manager reviews.

Filter to see who has submitted all of their assigned reviews—ideal for excluding them from nudges or recognizing timely completion.

- You're now on the review cycle's Overview page. From here, click the Download button to the right of the review cycle name and select your desired report from the dropdown menu.

This report provides insight into what reviews have/haven't been written for each participant.-
Role-based access: This report is only available to Review admins and Cycle collaborators.
- Details: This report can be pulled anytime after results have been shared with participants. The information contained in the report will change as new reviews are submitted up until the cycle is locked.
- What information is contained in this report: Participant first name, Participant last name, Participant email, Manager first name, Manager last name, Additional manager email, Additional manager first name, Additional manager last name, # of submitted reviews / # of available reviews, Status (No reviews submitted, Some reviews submitted, All reviews submitted), Names of people who have and haven't submitted reviews for a participant (organized by review type), Names of people who have started drafting a review for a participant (organized by review type), Share results status (Shared or Not shared), Share timestamp, Finalize results status (Finalized or Not finalized), Finalize timestamp
📝 Review writers progress tracker

- What information is contained in this report: Review writer first name, Review writer last name, Review writer email, Manager first name, Manager last name, Additional manager email, Additional manager first name, Additional manager last name, # of submitted reviews / # of total assigned reviews, Status (No reviews submitted, Some reviews submitted, All reviews submitted), Names of people whose reviews the person is responsible for and has/hasn't submitted (organized by review type), Names of people the review writer has started drafting reviews for (organized by review type)
📄 Full progress report
This is the most extensive of all review downloads and contains information about all participants including review writers and submission timestamps, questions and provided answers, and review acknowledgment information.-
Role-based access: Review admins and Cycle collaborators can download this report for all participants. Managers can download this report for their direct reports.
- Details: This report can be pulled anytime after the cycle start date. The information contained in the report will change as new reviews are submitted up until the cycle is locked.
