Review milestones in performance review cycles are the dates by which people are asked to complete specific review tasks, like submitting self reviews, nominating peers, and finalizing review results. To ensure review cycles remain on track, it's important to keep an eye on who has outstanding tasks as milestones approach or pass so you can take appropriate action.
