The Performance Outcome is Now Automated
The Performance Outcome in the HR Outcomes Dashboard just got a major upgrade. It’s now fully automated—with smarter cycle handling, clearer visibility, and zero manual upkeep. Released May 20th.

The HR Outcomes Dashboard shows you how your organization is performing in the outcomes that matter most: employee engagement, performance, and retention. It measures performance using performance designations sourced from Best-Self Review®: Top Performers, Mid Performers (i.e., Everyone Else), and Bottom Performers.
With this release, we’ve streamlined how performance designations are populated in the HR Outcomes Dashboard to make things easier, more automatic, and more transparent.
In the past, you were required to manually select the review cycles you wanted to use to calculate Performance. Now, recently ended cycles are automatically included in the Performance outcome configuration.
- If the cycle included Performance Ratings+, performance designations will be assigned to your team based on their performance ratings.
- If the cycle didn't include Performance Ratings+, 15Five will intelligently select an opinion-scale question from the review cycle to determine users' performance designations.
But it doesn't end there! New live coverage insights show exactly which employees are measured, how, and where gaps exist.
These updates provide a faster, more transparent way to track performance outcomes across your organization—without lifting a finger.
