🎯 New Visibility Into Core Attribute Coverage

A new way to unlock more strategic insights through better people data. Released June 17th.

Release date: June 17th, 2025
Feature: People Data
Plan availability:
All pricing plans.

We released a new Core Attributes section on the Attributes page to help HR Admins easily assess the completeness of key people data, like birth date, ethnicity, gender, and job title.

You’ll now see coverage percentages for each core attribute, along with a warning icon if coverage falls below 75%. Click View to see a filtered list of employees with missing data, making it easy to identify gaps and take action—either in 15Five or your HRIS.

This update brings greater visibility and control to the data that fuels impactful HR decisions.
