Assign a Cycle-Specific Additional Manager

Cycle-specific additional managers are assigned within a review cycle's individual participant settings. After you complete these steps, the assigned person can submit a manager review for that participant in that cycle only.

Before You Begin

  • The review cycle must already exist and be accessible in Best-Self Review®.
  • You must have Review Admin, Cycle Collaborator, or Direct Manager access.
  • You can assign up to five cycle-specific additional managers per participant.

Steps

  1. Click Reviews in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Select Best-Self Review® from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click the name of the review cycle you want to update.
  4. Search for the participant you want to assign an additional manager to.
  5. Click ... to the right of the participant's name.
  6. Select Edit individual settings from the dropdown menu.
  7. Scroll to the Who can view reviews of [participant]? section.
  8. Click Edit next to Additional manager reviews.
  9. Type and select the names of the people to add as additional managers.
  10. Click Save.
