Connect Google Calendar to 1-on-1s

Connect your Google Calendar so that 1-on-1s scheduled in 15Five appear automatically on your calendar. When complete, the Schedule 1-on-1 settings panel will show your calendar as connected.

Before You Begin

  • An Account Admin must enable the Google Calendar integration at the account level before this option is available to you. See Configure Google Calendar for 1-on-1s.
  • Connecting your Google Calendar removes the ability to create recurring 1-on-1s in 15Five. See for the recommended workaround.

Steps

  1. Go to 1-on-1s in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Open an existing unscheduled 1-on-1.

- To create a new one instead, see Create a new 1-on-1 agenda.

  1. Click Schedule 1-on-1 on the left side of the screen.
  2. Click Connect your calendar at the bottom of the settings panel.
  3. Select the Google account associated with your 15Five account.
  4. Click Continue to authenticate with Google.
  5. Complete Google's authentication flow and return to 15Five.

Confirmation: The Schedule 1-on-1 settings panel shows your Google Calendar as connected. Future 1-on-1s scheduled in 15Five will appear on your calendar.
