Use filter presets to save specific filter combinations in performance review cycle results and recall them in future sessions. When complete, the preset appears in the Presets dropdown and is available to all HR Admins if shared.
> Note: Your organization may have renamed this feature. If you don't see "Reviews" in your navigation, check with your admin for the name used in your account.
Before You Begin
- You must be a Review Admin or Cycle Collaborator to access review results.
- This feature is available on the Perform and Total Platform pricing packages.
- The Demographics & People Data filter does not appear if no demographic data existed in the system when the cycle launched. See to enable it.
Steps
- Go to Reviews in the left-hand navigation.
- Click the name of the review cycle you want to view results for.
- Click Team's Results (managers and cycle collaborators) or Company's Results (review admins).
- Select filtering options using the People and/or Demographics & People Data filters at the top of the page.
- Click Presets in the filter bar.
- Select Save current as preset from the dropdown menu.
- Enter a name for the preset in the popup.
- Toggle sharing on or off to share the preset with other HR Admins.
- Click Save preset.
The preset now appears in the Presets dropdown and is available to select in future sessions. Shared presets are visible to all HR Admins in the cycle.
If Something Goes Wrong
