View Review Results as a Manager

Managers can view scores and written responses for each direct report across all review types included in a cycle. When complete, results for all visible reports appear under the Team's Results tab.

> Note: Your organization may have renamed this feature. If you don't see "performance reviews" in your navigation, check with your admin for the name used in your account.

Before You Begin

  • You must have Manager access with at least one direct report included in the review cycle.
  • The cycle must have results shared by a review admin. If results are not yet shared, Team's Results will not display any data.

Steps

  1. Go to Reviews.
  2. Click the name of the review cycle you want to view.
  3. Click the Team's Results tab.
  4. Select a view from the People dropdown:

- Your direct reports — shows aggregated results for all direct reports - An individual direct report — shows results for one person - Hierarchy — shows results for your full reporting hierarchy (appears only if an admin has enabled the Hierarchy visibility setting in performance review feature settings) - Group or department — shows results for any group or department you have visibility into

  1. Review scores and written responses in each section of the results page.

If Something Goes Wrong

Issue Check Fix
Team's Results tab is missing Confirm the cycle admin has shared results with managers Contact your review admin and ask them to share results for the cycle
Hierarchy option does not appear in the People dropdown Confirm an admin has enabled Hierarchy visibility in performance review feature settings Ask your review admin to enable Hierarchy visibility in feature settings
No data appears after selecting a direct report Confirm the selected direct report was a participant in this cycle Select a different participant, or contact your review admin to verify participant enrollment

What a Completed Action Looks Like

After selecting a view, scores and written responses load for each reviewer type (self, manager, peer) included in the cycle. If a section appears blank, that reviewer type was not included in this cycle.
