Permanently delete a single 1-on-1 agenda from 15Five. When complete, the agenda no longer appears in either participant's My 1-on-1s view.
Note: Deleting a single 1-on-1 agenda removes only that instance. Other agendas in a recurring series are not affected.
Before You Begin
- You must have access to the 1-on-1s feature. See 1-on-1 permissions and visibility — what each role can see and do to confirm your access.
- Deletion is permanent. See before proceeding.
Steps
- Click 1-on-1s in the left-hand navigation.
- Click ... to the right of the person whose 1-on-1 you want to delete.
- Select View history from the dropdown.
- Click the date of the 1-on-1 agenda you want to delete.
- Click ... in the top-right area of the agenda, next to the other participant's name.
- Select Delete this 1-on-1 from the dropdown.
- Click Yes. Delete 1-on-1 in the confirmation dialog.
The 1-on-1 is deleted when it no longer appears in your My 1-on-1s history or the other participant's view.
If Something Goes Wrong
