The Google Calendar integration lets you schedule a 1-on-1 in 15Five and have it appear automatically on both participants' calendars.
Before You Begin
- An Account Admin must enable the Google Calendar integration for your organization.
- You must connect your Google Calendar to 15Five before scheduling. See Connect my Google Cal to 1-on-1s.
- The Google Calendar integration supports one-time meetings only. Recurring 1-on-1s are not available through this integration.
Steps
- Click 1-on-1s in the left-hand navigation bar.
- Click the name of the person you want to meet with.
- Click Schedule 1-on-1 in the 1-on-1 Settings box, upper right.
- Select a date and time for the meeting.
- Select whether to send an email invitation to the other participant.
- Click Save.
