Removing a person from your My 1-on-1s list hides them from view without deleting the 1-on-1 or its data. When complete, the person's name no longer appears in your My 1-on-1s list.
Note: Removing a person from My 1-on-1s does not delete the 1-on-1. Past agenda data is preserved and can be accessed if needed. To permanently delete a 1-on-1, see Delete a 1-on-1.
Before You Begin
- You must have access to the 1-on-1s feature. Available on Perform, Legacy Focus, and Total Platform plans.
Steps
- Click 1-on-1s in the left navigation.
- Locate the person you want to remove in your My 1-on-1s list.
- Click ... to the right of that person's name.
- Select Remove from the dropdown menu.
- Click Remove in the confirmation dialog.
That person's name no longer appears in your My 1-on-1s list.
If Something Goes Wrong
