Managers can generate an AI-powered summary of their team's current state directly from the 15Five homepage. When complete, a summary and recommended actions appear in the My team at a glance section.
Before You Begin
- This feature is available to managers with a Transform seat on the Total Platform pricing package.
Steps
- Click My Actions in the left-hand navigation.
- Locate the My team at a glance section in the upper-right area of the page.
- Click Give me a summary of my team.
What Success Looks Like
A summary of your team's current state appears in the My team at a glance section. Below the summary, Manager Copilot displays recommended actions you can take to positively impact your team members.
If Something Goes Wrong

| Give me a summary of my team button is not visible | Confirm your account has a Transform seat and your company is on the Total Platform package | Contact your 15Five admin to verify your seat type and package |
| Summary does not generate after clicking the button | Check whether any of the underlying data sources (Check-ins, Objectives, 1-on-1s, High Fives) have activity in your account | Ensure at least one direct report has submitted a Check-in or has an active Objective, then retry |
| My team at a glance section is not visible on the homepage | Confirm you have at least one active direct report in 15Five | Ask your admin to verify your reporting hierarchy in account settings |
