Account Admins can assign a group coaching session to managers by adding it as an action inside an existing Action Plan. When complete, the designated scheduler sees a task on their Actions List on the selected start date.
Required role: Account Admin with access to Manage actions.
Note: Group coaching is available as an add-on to any pricing package. Each session accommodates up to 10 participants and requires 5 credits. To purchase credits, contact your 15Five Account Executive. See .
Before You Begin
- You must have an existing Action Plan. See What is an Action Plan in 15Five? for instructions on creating one.
Steps
- Go to Insights Dashboard in the left-hand navigation.
- Click the Action Plans tab.
- Click the name of the Action Plan you want to add coaching to.
- Click Add Actions.
- Select Coaching Session: Group as the action type.
- Click Next.
- Review the action title Schedule a Group Coaching Session (this field is not editable).
- Enter a description in the description field.
> Note: Use this field to tell managers why they were selected and what the session should achieve.
- Select a designated scheduler — the person responsible for booking the session.
- Select the start date — the date the action appears on participants' homepages.
- Select the due date — the date by which the scheduler must book the session.
- Select up to 10 individuals to participate in the coaching session.
- Click Next: Preview.
- Review the action summary to confirm all details are correct.
- Click Add Actions.
What Completion Looks Like
On the selected start date, a task appears on the designated scheduler's Actions List prompting them to schedule the session. After the scheduler books the session, Attend Coaching Session rows appear automatically in the Action Plan for each participating manager.
