Deleting a performance review cycle permanently removes the cycle and all associated review data from 15Five.
> Note: To stop new submissions without losing data, lock the cycle instead. Locking retains the cycle, all submitted reviews, and reporting.
Before You Begin
- You must have Review Admin access to performance review feature settings.
- Deletion is permanent. See before proceeding.
Steps
- Go to Reviews in the left-hand navigation.
- Locate the review cycle you want to delete.
- Click ... to the right of the review cycle.
- Select Delete from the dropdown menu.
- Type
deletein the confirmation text field. - Click Yes, delete review cycle.
What Success Looks Like
The deleted review cycle no longer appears on the Review cycles page. All associated review data is removed from 15Five.
If Something Goes Wrong
