Copying a question template creates an editable duplicate that appears immediately in your Question templates list. Only review admins can copy question templates.
Before You Begin
- You must have the review admin role. See Who are my review admins? if you are unsure of your role.
- Templates with legacy competencies cannot be copied. See for details.
Steps
- Go to Reviews > Template configuration.
- Locate the template you want to duplicate in the Question templates section.
- Click ... next to the template name.
- Select Copy from the dropdown menu.
The copied template opens immediately in edit mode. To rename the template or modify its questions, see Edit a question template in performance reviews.
