Copy a question template in performance reviews

> Note: Your organization may have renamed this feature. If you don't see "Best-Self Review®" or "Reviews" in your navigation, check with your admin for the name used in your account.

Copying a question template creates an editable duplicate that appears immediately in your Question templates list. Only review admins can copy question templates.

Before You Begin

  • You must have the review admin role. See Who are my review admins? if you are unsure of your role.
  • Templates with legacy competencies cannot be copied. See for details.

Steps

  1. Go to Reviews > Template configuration.
  2. Locate the template you want to duplicate in the Question templates section.
  3. Click ... next to the template name.
  4. Select Copy from the dropdown menu.

The copied template opens immediately in edit mode. To rename the template or modify its questions, see Edit a question template in performance reviews.
