Review admins, HRBPs, and cycle collaborators are the people with administrative permissions in a performance review cycle. To find who to contact about a cycle, hover over the Administrators link on the cycle's overview page.
Note: Your organization may have renamed this feature. If you don't see "Reviews" in your navigation, check with your admin for the name used in your account.
Key Rules
- Review admins and HRBPs manage cycle configuration, timelines, and participant settings.
- Cycle collaborators have scoped access to a specific cycle — they can view and manage results but do not control cycle settings.
- All three role types appear in the same list when you hover over the Administrators link on the cycle overview page.
- To reach the cycle overview page, go to Reviews, then click the cycle name.
- If the Administrators link is not visible, the cycle has no collaborators assigned or you do not have participant access to that cycle.
Common Misunderstanding
Finding your review admins does not grant you the ability to contact them through 15Five. Use your organization's standard communication tools (email, Slack, etc.) to reach out once you have identified the relevant people.
