SAML Single Sign-On (SSO) lets you log into 15Five through your organization's identity provider. After authentication, you land directly on your 15Five homepage.
Before You Begin
Your organization must have SSO configured in their 15Five account. Contact your admin if you are unsure whether SSO is enabled.
Steps
- Open a browser and navigate to your organization's subdomain URL:
subdomain.15five.com. - Click Sign in.
- Enter your SSO credentials on your Identity Provider (IdP) page.
- Wait for authentication to complete and redirect you to your 15Five homepage.
If Something Goes Wrong
| Issue | Check | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Error: "You need to sign in via SAML single sign-on. Please navigate to your company's sign in page." | You navigated to my.15five.com instead of your subdomain URL. |
Go to subdomain.15five.com instead of my.15five.com. |
| Login fails or page does not load | You may be using the wrong subdomain. | Confirm the exact subdomain with your admin, then navigate to correctsubdomain.15five.com. |
| Authentication succeeds but access is denied | Your email address may not match your 15Five account. | Verify that your SSO email matches your registered 15Five work email address. |
| Access denied and no admin can resolve it | Your 15Five account may be deactivated. | Ask your manager or a 15Five admin to confirm your account is active. Admins can reactivate deactivated accounts. |
