Use this article to locate your 15Five invitation email and activate your account. When complete, you will enter the onboarding flow and gain access to 15Five.
Before You Begin
- You must have been added to 15Five by an admin. If you are unsure, ask your manager or an admin to confirm.
Steps
- Open the email inbox associated with your work email address.
- Search for an email from welcome@15five.com with the subject line "[Admin name] has invited you to 15Five."
- Open the invitation email.
- Click Join your team.
You will be taken to the 15Five onboarding flow. Completing the flow confirms your account is active.
If Something Goes Wrong

| No invitation email in inbox | Confirm you are checking the correct work email inbox — the address must match what your admin entered in 15Five | Switch to the email account your organization uses for work |
