Use these steps to log into 15Five at my.15five.com with your email address and password. After completing the steps, you land on your 15Five homepage.
Before You Begin
Your 15Five account must be active. If your organization uses SSO, log in at your company's subdomain URL instead — see Log into 15Five using Single Sign-On (SSO).
Steps
- Go to https://my.15five.com/.
- Enter your email address in the Email field.
- Enter your password in the Password field.
- Click Sign in.
- If prompted, open your authentication app and retrieve your two-factor authentication code.
- Enter the code in the Authentication code field.
If Something Goes Wrong

| Error: "You need to sign in via SAML single sign-on." | Your organization has SSO enabled. | Navigate to your company's subdomain URL (subdomain.15five.com) and log in via SSO. |
| Sign-in fails with no SSO error | Email address may not match the one on your 15Five account. | Re-enter using your corporate email address. |
| Password not accepted | Password may be incorrect or expired. | Reset your password — see Change or reset my password. |
| Account not found or access denied | Your account may be deactivated. | Contact your manager or a 15Five admin to confirm your account is still active. |
