Set up two-factor authentication and manage security settings

The Security tab in your account settings controls how you sign in to 15Five. From this tab you can enable two-factor authentication (2FA), enable Google sign-in, and change your password.

Before You Begin

If your company uses Single Sign-On (SSO), some or all security options may be unavailable to you. Contact your account admin to confirm which settings you can manage.

Steps

Enable two-factor authentication

  1. Click the Settings gear in the bottom-left corner of 15Five.
  2. Select My settings from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click the Security tab.
  4. Locate the Two-factor authentication section.
  5. Click Enable to turn on 2FA for your account.
  6. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete 2FA setup.

Enable Google sign-in

  1. Click the Settings gear in the bottom-left corner of 15Five.
  2. Select My settings from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click the Security tab.
  4. Locate the Google sign-in section.
  5. Click Enable Google sign-in.
  6. Authenticate with your Google account when prompted.

  2. Select My settings from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click the Security tab.
  4. Locate the Password section.
