- Subsequent reminders go only to participants who have not yet submitted.
- Reminder frequency follows the cadence set during campaign creation.

Common Misunderstanding
Participants receive only one SMS/text reminder (not one per reminder interval). Email campaigns support up to three intermediate reminders before the final reminder; SMS campaigns send a single reminder message.
