- Kona Coach — AI-powered coaching delivered in real-time via Slack and 15Five; uses your 15Five data to target skill development; availability conditions apply — contact your account manager.
- Coaching — Live 1:1 or group coaching facilitated by certified 15Five experts; available as an add-on to all base plans; up to 10 managers may join a single group session.
- Content — On-demand learning library with manager development tracks and microlearnings; assign courses for specific development needs; available as an add-on to all base plans.
- Compensation — Adds compensation review, real-time benchmarking, pay ranges management, Total Rewards dashboards, and HRIS integration; supports multiple countries and currencies.
- Amaya — AI assistant that answers natural-language questions about people data; available only on Perform and Total Platform plans; requires 15Five AI Features enabled and HR Admin access; not included in legacy plans.
Common Misunderstanding
Kona Meeting Assistant and Kona Coach are separate add-ons with distinct functions — Meeting Assistant captures and documents 1:1 meetings, while Kona Coach delivers ongoing leadership nudges and coaching. Purchasing one does not include the other.
