Use this article to install the 15Five mobile app from the App Store or Google Play. When complete, the 15Five homepage opens on your device.
Before You Begin
Your 15Five account must be active.
Use the login method your organization requires for 15Five.
Steps
- Open the App Store or Google Play.
- Search for 15Five.
- Select the 15Five app by 15Five Inc.
- Tap Get or Install.
- Open the 15Five app.
- Log in using your 15Five login method.
Confirmation: Your 15Five homepage appears in the mobile app.
If Something Goes Wrong

Mobile App Features
What you can do in the app
The iPhone app and the Android app don't have the same features.
Both apps
- Log in with your email and password, or with SSO.
- Fill out your Check-in. Review your team's Check-ins, comment, @mention, like and flag answers, and share an answer by email or to Slack.
- Add a Check-in answer to a 1-on-1 or to Wins and Challenges.
- Give a High Five while reviewing Check-ins, and view the company High Five feed.
- Create 1-on-1s with anyone in your company, add talking points, action items and notes, and view current and past 1-on-1s.
- View your notifications and manage your notification preferences.
iPhone app only
- Log in with 1Password or with two-step authentication.
- Edit a submitted Check-in, see your priorities on My Check-ins, and view the Pulse dashboard.
- Comment on High Fives in the feed.
- Schedule and delete 1-on-1s.
- View objectives and the objective details page.
- Create an Action and mark it complete.
- Open assigned Transform courses from More > Training & Coaching.
- Open a current review cycle. It opens in Safari, already logged in.
- Mark all notifications as read.
Not in either app
- Writing reviews. On iPhone, the app opens the review in Safari.
- Admin pages, such as review cycles, people and settings.
- Engagement surveys. You get the survey by email or text message and take it from the link.
- Kona notes and Kona coaching tips in 1-on-1s.

Speech-to-text
The 15Five mobile app supports speech-to-text input anywhere you can type. Use the microphone icon on your device’s keyboard to dictate text into talking points, shared notes, action items, Check-in responses, and any other text field.
To use speech-to-text in a 1-on-1:
- Open the 15Five app.
- Tap 1-on-1s at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the employee.
- Tap into a text field (for example, shared notes or a talking point).
- Tap the microphone icon on your device’s keyboard and start speaking.
This uses your device’s built-in speech recognition — it works in any text input field across the app, not just 1-on-1s.
