View received feedback

Use this article to locate and review responses to feedback requests you have sent in 15Five. When a response is submitted, 15Five sends an in-app notification and email. Completed responses appear in the Feedback list.

Before You Begin

  • Your account must have access to the Feedback feature. Feedback is available on the Perform, Legacy Focus, and Total Platform plans.

Steps

  1. Click Feedback in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Set the People filter to your name.
  3. Set the Feedback type filter to Sent.
  4. Review the responses listed under your name in the feedback list.

- Requests with no responses show the status Awaiting responses.

If Something Goes Wrong

Issue Check Fix
No feedback requests appear in the list Confirm the People filter is set to your name and Feedback type is set to Sent Clear all filters, reapply People (your name) and Feedback type (Sent)
A request shows Awaiting responses Confirm the recipient has had time to respond; no response has been submitted yet No action required — the status updates automatically when a response is submitted
Feedback does not appear in the left-hand navigation Confirm your account includes Feedback access Contact your admin to verify your plan includes the Feedback feature
