Use this article to locate and review responses to feedback requests you have sent in 15Five. When a response is submitted, 15Five sends an in-app notification and email. Completed responses appear in the Feedback list.
Before You Begin
- Your account must have access to the Feedback feature. Feedback is available on the Perform, Legacy Focus, and Total Platform plans.
Steps
- Click Feedback in the left-hand navigation.
- Set the People filter to your name.
- Set the Feedback type filter to Sent.
- Review the responses listed under your name in the feedback list.
- Requests with no responses show the status Awaiting responses.
If Something Goes Wrong

| No feedback requests appear in the list | Confirm the People filter is set to your name and Feedback type is set to Sent | Clear all filters, reapply People (your name) and Feedback type (Sent) |
| A request shows Awaiting responses | Confirm the recipient has had time to respond; no response has been submitted yet | No action required — the status updates automatically when a response is submitted |
| Feedback does not appear in the left-hand navigation | Confirm your account includes Feedback access | Contact your admin to verify your plan includes the Feedback feature |
