Open-text feedback from engagement surveys is analyzed by the AI Synthesized Feedback Insights feature, which operates separately from Amaya. AI Synthesized Feedback Insights generates themes and sentiment analysis from open-text survey responses and is available directly within Engagement Reporting.

Amaya can answer questions about engagement trends, compare engagement scores across teams and departments, and surface factors influencing engagement, all based on quantitative survey data (eNPS and statement-level scores). For example:
