Open-text descriptions for Objectives

You can now include optional open-text descriptions for objectives.

With this release, users can add an open-text description when creating or editing an objective, which will be visible directly from the details page. Having the option to provide a relevant description of an objective will help ensure clarity and promote collaboration.

Locked participants upon engagement campaign launch

With this release, all active 15Five users at the time of campaign launch will be included as participants in the engagement campaign.

We updated the engagement campaign setup experience to lock participants when an engagement campaign starts. Previously, newly-added users were added to live engagement campaigns automatically. With this release, only active 15Five users who are synced into Engage at the time of the campaign launch will be included as participants in the engagement campaign. If needed, admins can add employees to a campaign once it's live.

New Transform course: Socializing & Refining Goals

Managers have access to a new Transform course.

In this course, managers will learn how to take what theyโ€™ve identified as essential success measures within goals and move towards execution with their team. From fleshing out strategic initiatives using team input, to identifying dependencies and constraints that reduce roadblocks early on. Participants will learn how to get stakeholder alignment for goals while considering values to minimize unintended consequences.

Assign actions and discussions to other people

Leaders can now bulk-assign actions for managers to complete themselves or with their direct reports. They can also assign actions one-off for anyone in their organization.

Admins and Managers of managers can now use the "Manage actions" page in 15Five to create actions for managers in their organization. Actions help your team stay on top of important tasks they need to complete and discussions they need to have. This release streamlines task management and helps leaders provide organization-wide clarity on priorities.
