Engagement on the HR Outcomes Dashboard 🌟

15Five's HR Outcomes Dashboard is your command center for strategic HR—empowering HR leaders to measure the three most critical outcomes for business success: employee engagement, performance, and turnover. How It's Measured

The Engagement tile on the HR Outcomes Dashboard is automatically populated in one of two ways:

  • ⭐️ Engagement Score (Recommended): The organizational Engagement Score from your most recent engagement campaign.
  • Average Pulse in Check-ins: The average Pulse score given in Check-ins by all active users, using the most recent Pulse score given in the past 31 days.

It is not possible to customize how this metric is calculated. If your organization has run an engagement campaign, the Engagement tile will default to display the Engagement Score. Otherwise, it will show Pulse.

💡

Tip

Running an engagement campaign unlocks campaign-specific reporting and deeper data insights on the HR Outcomes Dashboard. With this richer data, you can better connect the dots between engagement, performance, and retention—and take action where it matters most. Learn how to launch an engagement campaign →
