  • The Summary report provides a snapshot of key results that you can refer to at a glance to understand general engagement and opportunities.
  • The Engagement report helps you better understand the engagement of your team.
  • The Statements report lets you see the distribution of how survey participants responded to survey statements. This report also contains the Predictive Impact Model, which predicts exactly how much specific survey statements affect engagement.
  • The eNPS report shows you the breakdown of how employees answered the eNPS question ("On a scale from 0-10, how likely are you to recommend [Organization] as a great place to work?")
  • The Feedback report lets you see open-text feedback provided by survey participants.
