Use this article to add or remove cycle collaborators on an active performance review cycle. When complete, the collaborator list in Cycle collaborators reflects the change.
> Note: Your organization may have renamed this feature. If you don't see "Reviews" in your navigation, check with your admin for the name used in your account.

Required role: Review Admin Required plan: Perform or Total Platform
Add a cycle collaborator
- Go to Reviews in the left navigation.
- Click ... to the right of the target review cycle.
- Select Edit review cycle from the dropdown.
- Scroll down to the Cycle collaborators section and click Edit.
- Type the name of the person you want to add.
- Click their name when it appears in the results.
- Repeat steps 5–6 for each additional collaborator.
- Click Save.
Success state: The collaborator's name appears in the Cycle collaborators section. The added collaborator receives an in-app notification and an email titled "You were added as a cycle collaborator to an active review cycle."
Remove a cycle collaborator
- Go to Reviews in the left navigation.
- Click ... to the right of the target review cycle.
- Select Edit review cycle from the dropdown.
- Scroll down to the Cycle collaborators section and click Edit.
- Click X next to the name of the person you want to remove.
- Click Save.
Success state: The removed collaborator's name no longer appears in the Cycle collaborators section.
If Something Goes Wrong
