Add or remove a review viewer for a participant

Review viewers have view-only access to all review results for a participant. Use the Edit Individual Settings (EIS) page to add or remove viewers for a specific cycle without affecting other cycles.

Before You Begin

  • You must be a Review admin or Cycle collaborator.
  • The review cycle must already exist.
  • Access requires the Perform or Total Platform pricing package.

Steps

  1. Click Reviews in the left-hand navigation bar.
  2. Click the name of the review cycle you want to manage.
  3. Use the search bar or filters to find the participant.
  4. Click ... to the right of the participant's name.
  5. Select Edit individual settings from the dropdown menu.
  6. Locate the Who can view reviews of [Participant]? section.
  7. Click Edit to the right of the Viewers field.
  8. To add a viewer, type their name into the field and select them.
  9. To remove a viewer, click X next to their name.
  10. Click Save.

If Something Goes Wrong

Issue Check Fix
A person's name does not appear in the search field Confirm the person has an active 15Five account Contact your 15Five admin to verify account status
Save button does not respond Check for unsaved changes or browser connectivity Refresh the page and repeat steps 7–10
Viewer still sees review results after removal Confirm Save was clicked after removing the viewer Reopen EIS, verify the name is absent from the Viewers field, and save again
