Review viewers have view-only access to all review results for a participant. Use the Edit Individual Settings (EIS) page to add or remove viewers for a specific cycle without affecting other cycles.
Before You Begin
- You must be a Review admin or Cycle collaborator.
- The review cycle must already exist.
- Access requires the Perform or Total Platform pricing package.
Steps
- Click Reviews in the left-hand navigation bar.
- Click the name of the review cycle you want to manage.
- Use the search bar or filters to find the participant.
- Click ... to the right of the participant's name.
- Select Edit individual settings from the dropdown menu.
- Locate the Who can view reviews of [Participant]? section.
- Click Edit to the right of the Viewers field.
- To add a viewer, type their name into the field and select them.
- To remove a viewer, click X next to their name.
- Click Save.
If Something Goes Wrong
